Return & Refund Policy

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to send us an email within 5 days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items and unboxing video.
  • We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • In exceptional cases where returns are granted, the buyer needs to be responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated address.
  • In the event that your order is returned to us due to reasons such as a prohibited/restricted product policy, an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund for the total order amount minus the shipping fee. However, if the expenses associated with returning the product to us surpass the refund amount, we will arrange for the carrier to abandon the order, and no refund will be granted.
