This timeframe is necessary as our products are handmade with careful attention to detail, including intricate crafting, weaving, and thorough drying processes. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure that each item is created with the utmost care before shipping it to you.
• During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. We will contact you through email if your order is delayed.

Shipping

• Once the package has been dispatched, you will get email notification with your tracking number.
• All packages will be sent through the Indonesian Post or DHL. So you can always track the package.
• Shipping time will be ranged from 7-21 days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problem with your package tracking.

Custom Duty & Import Taxes

• Customs duty & import taxes are not inculded in the total price that shown at checkout.
• Buyers are responsible for customs and taxes that may apply.
